Cooking together with our chef in a typical Florentine school, we will prepare regional dishes under the chef's careful supervision. Precious secrets of the Italian cooking tradition will be revealed as ingredient choices, cooking times and wine coupling are selected for each dish.
We will select a typical Tuscan menu composed of an appetizer, first course or second course with a side-dish and a dessert.
At the end of the lesson we will taste the dishes prepared together in a special luncheon with a beautiful atmosphere.
