Your driver and guide will meet you at your cruise ship at 09:00am The first part of this tour covers all of Barcelona's main attractions: Artistic: Gaudi, one of the greatest innovators of his time, has left behind numerous treasures for the discerning tourist to discover in Barcelona. This tour of Barcelona starts along Paseo de Gracia to see Gaudi's famous apartment buildings including Casa Batllo and La Pedrera; then enjoy a 30 minute visit at Gaudi's bizarre Parc Guell which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Keep an eye on your watch, it's easy to get lost in the whimsical design of this bizarre but compelling public park. Continue to the La Sagrada Familia (Holy Family) Cathedral, Gaudi's unfinished masterpiece which is Barcelona's most famous landmark, where you will stop for around 30 minutes. You will also visit Barcelona's the famous  Sta María del Mar, the only gothic church in Catalonia completely finished. You can disdcuss with you guide regarding a visit to the Picasso Museum which exhibits works from the blue and pink periods of the world-famous painter. This afternoon after lunch we will drive to Montserrat.  The Benedictine Monastery of Montserrat is where the monks worship Catalonia's Patron Saint, the black Madonna of Montserrat. As you travel up the mountains to the XIV c Monastery you will have a chance to admire the unique stone formation of this natural park and the breathtaking views from the Shrine at 721 m (2100 feet).We will return to cruise ship for 05.00PM
