We depart Bordeaux docks at 09.00am by private vehicle with English speaking driver guide.  Our full day tour to the Graves and Sauternes wine growing regions of France includes visits to three prestigious Classified Grown chateaux, such as Guiraud, Yquem, Suduiraut, Smith Haut Lafite, Pape Clement and Haut Brion.  We enjoy tasting of their fine wines and a driving tour through the region with stops at vineyards.   You will receive an introduction to the specifications of this wine area and learn about its classification and its wine making.

We will stop in the famous wine village of Sauternes and lunch can be taken (paid for locally) in one of its traditional restaurants.  Your driver will advise.   Wine tasting is paid for locally at each vineyard at 5-10 euros per person.
