A full day day to the Medoc area of the wine growing regions around Bordeaux includes a visit to three prestigious Classified Growth chateaux:   such as Mouton Rothschild, Palmer,  Pichon  Baron Lynch Bages or Giscours.  We will stop to enjoy tasting of their fine wines and a driving tour through the wine region with several stops at world famous vineyards.  You will receive an introduction to the specifications of this wine growing area and learn about its own particular classifications and method of wine making.

Lunch can be arranged (paid for locally), at a traditional restaurant in one of the wine villages such as Pauillac.   Wine tasting is paid for locally 5-10 euros per person at each vineyard.
