Allen Evershed , a retired Detective Superintendent in the London Police Service, including 5 years as officer in charge of Scotland Yard's elite Diplomatic Protection Group, has guided our clients around London and throughout England for the last four years. His comfortable, air-conditioned 7 seater "Van" holds six people without luggage or four comfortably with luggage. Allen is a knowledgeable Blue Badge guide, London Driver/guide, qualified guide to Salisbury Cathedral, and a voluntary warden at Canterbury Cathedral. His dry wit, endless fount of knowledge about London, the writings of Charles Dickens, and Jack the Ripper, makes him unique in our team.

Dave Stalker, a long time Edinburgh resident, whose home is now Berwick on Tweed just a short distance from Holy Island, has been a Scottish Blue Badge guide for 25 years. He has been guiding tour groups for ten years, and his Scottish accent belies the fact that he is also at home touring England, and Ireland, and has been known to venture as far 'south' as London!
