Your English speaking driver guide will pick you up at your hotel at 09:00 am.

Your tour starts with a view of the world-renowned luxury Burj Al Arab Hotel where you will have a fantastic opportunity to take some wonderful photographs.  You will continue to the Jumeir Mosque, a magnificent example of modern Islamic architechture.  This followed by a drive along Sheikh Zayad Road, which is considered to be the 'Manhattan' of Dubai with its high-rise glass buildings.  In complete contrast is the Bastakiya area-one of the oldest of Dubai, where you'll see ancient houses bedecked with wind towers.  These wind towers were designed to provide ventilation in the days before air-conditioning.

Your tour through the Bastakiya area incl;udes a visit to the Dubai Museum, housed in the 18th century Al Fahidi Fort.  The museum features realistic displays, which provide a fascinating glimps of the historical links odf the city trading and diving for pearls.

Our final trip will be aboard an Abra (water taxi) to cross the creek and visit an aromaatic Spice Souk and the extensive Gold Souk.  Here you can buy exquisit gold jewellery at prices lower than anywhere else in the world.
