| At 9am departure from your Florence hotel to the enchanting Cinque Terre area. We will visit Riomaggiore where we will leave our van, and we will proceed by train or walk along the romantic Via dell'Amore to the next town. Both routes will offer scenic views over the sea. Please note that the famous Via dell'Amore trail was closed in 2013 for maintenance and we are hoping it will reopen in 2014. On your tour you will cover three of the five towns, partly walking, partly by train allowing a nice stop for lunch in one of the small restaurants on the sea. At the end of our visit we will drive to Pisa and for a short visit to the Leaning Tower and the town center. Return to Florence is envisioned at about 6pm. |
