Your driver will meet you at The corner of Via Curtatona and Lungarno Amerigo Vespucci at 09.30am in Florence and drive a short 20 minute ride to the Villa Pandolfini where you will meet your chef and begin your culinary adventure.
Here you will have "hands-on" instruction throughout the day and a wealth of new tips and techniques from our chef. With great pleasure we recommend some of the finest local wines to accompany the different foods. After you prepare your pasta, the chef will help you to prepare tantalizing sauces such as fresh basil pesto, tomato and basil, ragout of wild mushrooms and sweet onions, meat or duck ragout and an array of other sauces.
Recipes vary according to the season, utilizing only the freshest ingredients available and providing you with a deeply individual Tuscan experience. The best part is the conclusion, indulging in the success of your creations.
10:00am Begin instruction, highlighting the history of Tuscan cooking and presenting the day's menu. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves for "hands-on" preparation of a glorious meal in one of our two authentic kitchens.
1:00pm Enjoy the fruits of your labor! Eat the epic feast that you just created complemented by the estate's own Chianti wine and extra virgin olive oil.
2:00pm Return to Florence or your next destination with a full stomach, a Tuscan recipe book and memories to share with your family and friends. |
