The lesson is based on how to prepare different dishes using fresh pasta (Tortellini, Ravioli, Tagliatelle etc).
Our chef will show and help you make fresh pasta and then shape it for traditional Italian dishes. Next the chef will assist you in choosing and preparing the most appropriate sauce to accompany that pasta.
Once the pasta is cooked and the sauce is ready, the participants will try their dishes during a lunch with Tuscan wine.
