Your English speaking driver guide will meet you at your cruise ship at 08.00am.  Guided visit of the main highlights: Piazza Duomo with its Cathedral, the bell-tower by Giotto, Saint John Baptistery with its Paradise Door.  Not too far, Piazza della Signoria, overlooked by the imposing Palazzo Vecchio, next to it, the Uffizi Gallery, one of the most important museums of the world (exterior) and the Old Bridge, the “jewels bridge”.  Free time for lunch.  The tour proceeds to the Chianti area, with a stop in a wine estate to visit the cellars, complete with wine tasting & snack.   Return to Livorno docks for 05.00pm.
