Our private driver guide will meet you at your centrally located London Hotel at 09.00AM.  The route takes us along the Pilgrims Way to the County of Kent.  During this morning we will visit Leeds Castle, often described as the loveliest castle in the World:  once a Royal Palace for the wife of King Edward I, it is now home to a superb collection of medieval furnishings as well as attractive moated grounds with a maze and an aviary.

We make our way to Canterbury via a traditional English pub. Canterbury was considered the center of English Christianity from the arrival of St. Augustine in 597. The Cathedral dates back to the 11th Century and is the seat of the Archbishop of Canterbury. This historic city and cathedral set the scene for the murder of Thomas Becket in 1170. Finally, we visit Chartwell, the former home of Sir Winston Churchill, before returning to your London Hotel at 6:00PM
