Malaga is situated in the center of an area of sub-tropical vegetation. Its impressive cathedral is one of the largest and most important buildings of the Andalusian Renaissance, and was begun in 1528 on the site of an ancient mosque.

The town itself is attractive with its characteristic "calles" and tree-lined avenues. You will be enchanted by the beauty of the Alcazaba's architecture, the last defense of the Moorish resistance against the Christian kings and the largest Arabic monument in the city.

The tour includes a stop (transportation not included) in Gibralfaro, whose fortress dates back to the Phoenician period. From the ancient walls you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city, the bay and the outskirts.
