Your driver and English speaking guide will meet you at your hotel at 7:00pm Chancellery, new Government Quarter,   Brandenburg Gate, holocaust memorial, Victory Column, Castle of Bellevue (President’s seat), congress hall, Unter den Linden (opera house, catholic church, protestant cathedral), Island of Museums, TV Tower,  St. Nikolai church, Gendarmenmarkt, French church, Friedrichstraße, Checkpoint Charlie,  Potsdamer Platz, rests of Berlin Wall, Kulturforum, Synagoge/jewish quarter, Charlottenburg Castle, Memorial Church, KaDeWe.
You can have stops anywhere you want and maybe a walk through the most interesting parts (night life) like Potsdamer Platz and Jewish quarter.
